Story:
We left a car at the Noble Canyon Trailhead and then drove up to the Penny Pines trailhead and hiked South. It's pretty much all down hill, so the 8 miles turned out to be quite easy. There was plenty of water in Pine Creek and some nice back country scenery. We stopped about half way to take a look at the old gold mine shaft, interesting, but no gold.
