Story:
A Great Hike in a secluded valley East of Mount Diablo.
Trails Challenge 2011 hike of EBRPD Round Valley Regional Preserve. From the parking lot along the Miwok and Murphy Meadow Trails to the Round Valley Group Camp. Back along the Murphy Meadow Trail past the Fox Trail and across the creek to the Hardy Canyon Trail to the start.
Tips:
During the Winter the Hardy Canyon Trail can be a bit technical due to wet of dry mud(cow hoof prints).
