Story:
On the last day of 2010 I decided to take the Bugle Trail in Osage Hills State Park in northeast Oklahoma and locate all of the landmarks I'm now so familiar with after many hikes.
On the last day of 2010 I decided to take the Bugle Trail in Osage Hills State Park in northeast Oklahoma and locate all of the landmarks I'm now so familiar with after many hikes.
The Bugle Trail is a combination of the lake trail, cabin trail, and falls trail and is a bit over four miles. You could tack on a trip to the creek and bluff trails if you wanted to.
Hiking this trail and the red mountain bike trail this day put me over the 300-mile mark for day hikes in 2010.
