Incredible hike in Lake Mead NRA that has some great variety - mine ruins, interesting geology, rock hounding, canyons, narrows, red rock, and a good scrambly fun peak.
Despite the stats this is *not* an easy hike - the stretch from the parking through the narrows is straightforward, but route finding up to the peak and back down on the other side is complicated and dangerous terrain. I used a GPS track recorded by someone else and still had to take a lot of time to think and evaluate the terrain to avoid being walled out or ending up in a place I didn't want to be. Only do the full loop if you are very experienced with cross-country travel and route finding in canyon country.
