Story:
This is the route up for what turned out to be a "survived" backpacking trip, rather than a completed one. This is only day one. Hiking up over Mount Jackson and spending a night at the Nauman Tent Site, we planned to continue north up the range, spending one more night before catching a shuttle on the north end back to our car.

The first day went very well. It was a fairly easy hike up over Jackson and we were at the tent site without a problem. Thats what is recorded in this track. However, that night, the weather forced us to abandon our track north to Mount Washignton and we returned the way we came. Overall, a great hike and we will definitely be back next summer.
