Story:
We camped at the campground primitive style. There are restrooms and water supply. The main rd is a scenic rd called Summit Rd. You can hike it to the top where there is two different entrances to a mile or a mile and a half depending where you enter hiking trail. It has small waterfall, creek, bridges, and slightly different terrain as you travel. No bikes allowed. Lots of nice sightseeing spots. The campground is clean with picnic tables and high pole to hang food from animals. No bears have been seen in campground. The park is free at this time. RVs are welcome but NO hook ups. Hammock sleepers are welcome.

Tips:
Bring water to drink in the wooded trail. I drank water at the top of the summit & went down without refilling bottle. I regretted it.

I camped at this park 2011 Nov 04 with my nephew and my dog, just as the the fall color season was hitting its peak. This particular season has been more spectacular than usual, and the vista from the Little Mountain summit was lovely. Likewise the trail that leads down to the campground from the summit was quite a treat with all the beautiful colors. My pictures are here;
