About 14km in 5 hours taking in four Wainwrights in the North Eastern Lake District near the Whinlatter Pass.
Start at Powter How climbing 360m to the summit of Barf (462m) then onto Lord's Seat (552m) then down and back up to Broom Fell (511m). The final fell, Whinlatter (two summits at 525m and 517m) being approached from Thornthwaite Forest.
