Story:
We were out for a walk on the Bittern Marsh Trail at LLELA on a beautiful fall afternoon with a few Master Naturalists that volunteer at LLELA. We had heard that a Vireo nest was near the trail and we hoped to find and photograph the nest.
We discovered that the nest is near the planned junction of a new segment of trail from the forest to the river. We decided to call this the Vireo Loop.
The short segment from the nest to the river has not been cleared but is on the to do list. The result is a nice easy walk.
Please do not disturb the nest. This is great to show children on nature walks at LLELA

Thanks for the tips and the trip. I'm new to EveryTrail. This is fantastic! We are just working out a method to use this for making tree trails. Love it!
