Story:
This is a very nice hike on the south side of Point Mugu State Park.  The views are great.

I hike this going out on the La Jolla Canyon trail stay right at the first fire road.  You hike up the La Jolla Canyon Fire Road about 100 yards (to the top of the hill) and go right onto Overlook fire road.  You follow the Overlook fire road to the Roy Miller Trail.

(Stay right at all intersections).

You can hike this going up the Roy Miller Trail and Down the La Jolla Canyon trail but the views are best coming down the Roy Miller Trail.

The water Fall is not that big and very seasonal.  (its easy to pass if you have water proof boots or can walk across the rocks).

The Trails are posted for no dogs and no bikes. The fire roads are open to all and often have mountain bikers.

The trail is about 3 miles from Point Mugu Naval Base.  From the 101 exit Las Posas Rd head south to Pacific Coast Hwy left onto Pacific Coast Hwy.  The First state park on the left in La Jolla Canyon.  You can park outside the gates for free or pay and park inside.
