Story:
Carol and I rented some bikes and rode along the pedestrian path right along the shore. Across the water the grumpy sky danced on the high peaks of the French Alps...too much so we were not able to see the famous Mont Blanc buried in the clouds. We had some Crepes for lunch in Ouchy and returned along the path in time to make the train back to Basel. A really nice visit in this scenic area in the French speaking area of Switzerland.
Tips:
Get your Velopass from Suisseroule and check out some bikes. We rented our right from the main street in Morges and saw a few more racks along our ride. Nice bikes and built well to handle the varied terrain along the lakeside.
