Story:
On Saturday myself and Isaac decided to tackle the various new cache series that had come out in South Shropshire.
On Saturday myself and Isaac decided to tackle the various new cache series that had come out in South Shropshire.
It's not an area known for having lots of caches, but is a really scenic area we love visiting, so it was great that there were loads of caches to go after for a change.
We started out with a walk round the caches set for gFab near to The Lawley then moved on to the Shropshire Seekers series near Marshbrook. Finally we ended up the day with the new caches round my favourite place in Shropshire: Caer Caradoc.
After we'd finished, we carried on to the summit of Caer Caradoc to admire the 360 views all around and point out various places in Shropshire and Cheshire we recognised.
44 finds for the day, lots of lovely walking and quite a bit of terrain. Our kind of day out :-).

Really good set John, you certainly had the weather for it judging by the photo's and views captured. Have to take the opportunity this time of year. Shropshire isn't an area I'm familiar with and too far for us on a day trip - fortunately, Lancs has a particularly high poplulation of caches, new ones cropping up daily, so ordinarily we don't have to travel too far. Perhaps see you doing Legend something. Regards, Andy (skyfox1884)

It's great fun to use Ben as you can then look back over time and see where you've been and what you did there. You can also just use the tracklog off your GPSr if you normally cache with a dedicated unit.
