Temperature and humidity grueling, which is why tourism closes down in Israel during summer. Ran 3 miles in the heat if the afternoon. Should have taken water but since I planned a short run I didn't. Lots of hills! Rosh Pina is a quaint Jewish town - the kind that is nice to visit for a few days - like we are doing. We're staying at our friend Husam Mwens' cozy hotel and restaurant called Auberge Shulamit. It was awarded Fodor's Israeli's Restaurant of the Year Award. We bring all our Catholic groups here for dinner and we are staying here for two days. Delightful!
