Story:
This was our first trip in the park.  This was a ranger led trip that started on a boat through St Mary Lake.  The St Mary Lake was an unbelievable blue color. the ranger informed us this is a result of the glaciers.  The glaciers produce a powdered rock called "Glacier Flour" this is then suspended in the lake, producing a very unique shade of blue.

After the boat trip we proceeded to go on two short hikes.  One to see the Baring falls, and the next to see the St. Mary Falls.  Both are fun little water falls to check out.

It was a good introduction to the park, the ranger gave us a good overview of the ecology, and environment.
