The iPhone 3G battery didn't last to the final hour of the ride so the route is only 90/120 km. The rest is easy to guess however. Note to self or any endurance athletes: I didn't it anything solid before or during the ride. Just Hammer Heed, Gel, water, and Endurolytes. No cramping or delusions whatsoever.
