Story:
On our first day in Wawona the entire family went on the Wawona Meadow loop. This is one of my favorite hikes in Wawona because it is so simple with stunning scenery throughout the hike, with glimpses of the Wawona Lodge every now and then through the trees.

After we returned from the hike we made a beeline to the golf shop for lunch to refuel for our next activities.

Yeah, it was a great hike this time of year. The tree cover kept it cool and the wildflowers were out in full bloom.

Nice to see the summer version of this hike. I did in on Jan 1 2008 in the snow.
