Finally talked my wife and kids into a short hike to Andrews Bald from Clingmans Dome in the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. I was a Hot Summer day at home 94 degree's in the shade. The trail head is located to the left at the lowest part of the sidewalk as you start the walk up to clingmans. about 40 yards before you get to the original restrooms.

Great pix! I was just at Clingman's Dome yesterday and I didn't realize there was another trail nearby.
