Story:
Directions to self: Remy to Frenchtown left Badger trail right To end at Sun Valley Rd Moral of today's story: Lesson Number 1. Never take off the Bug Suit Lesson Number 2. Never take off the Bug Suit Lesson Number 3. Never take off the Bug Suit Lesson Number 4. REPEAT 1 - 3 until you've learned... And what have we learned Dear Kristen? I will never take off my bug suit, I will never take off my bug suit, I will never take off my bug suit...... Thanks to the volunteers who make this trail possible for all of us to enjoy! ... Want to discover yourself, get fit, and give back at the same time? Become an Ice Age Trail Volunteer! Highs: meeting an IAT volunteer along Hwy D after coming out of the circle trail off of D. It's great to see the passion in people doing something that they love! Ah, I'm looking in the mirror when I see that in others...! Lows: I took off my bug suit before the road section, which was fine and dandy until I turned right onto Badger State Trail .... Woosh, the blood thirsty, vein sucking excuse for a reputable insect encased in a body we call MOSQUITO came to laugh and drink from river of red carpulsules... Animal Totems: kildeer, Weather: sunny, 80, no wind Trail Conditions: good, beautiful prairie and wooded section on the Brooklyn State Wildlife Area!
