Story:
Started planning this trip a couple of days ago. I wanted to cover the spur trail off the Doc Larsen Trail from the water trough uo to the fire road. Then I wanted go to the Oak Springs Trail up to where it joins the Fasination Sprong Trail and finally the Pipeline Trail.

Mentioned the ride to my friend Terry who said he would like to come along. I wanted to get Rambo out to take the edge off before doing a Trail Trials on Sunday. We agreed to meet where trail comes down from the All Nations Church into the Big Tijunga Wash at the 210 overcrossing. Beside, I have never ridden any of the trails around the Church.

Since we were going past a geocache, I thought I would show Terry how to find a geocache. When we finally got to the trail head for the Oak Springs Trail, we decided skip it ofr later. Ranbo was being a bit ouchy having been shod the day before and was not quite himself. So, we just headed home.

Though I did not get all the trails covered that I originally wanted to do, it was nice having someone else along for company.

Randy, I have a lot of the same photos that you have here but after the fire. We got up there before they closed the forest and took shots. It would be interesting to see the before and after.
