Story:
This is a well used trail within the area of Acadia that you must pay to enter. We made it a loop by including the Cadillac Cliffs trail with the Gorman Mountain section. While we ascended the Gorman trail and descended the Cadillac Cliffs one, I would suggest the opposite because there is a large rock slide area that would probably be much more fun to climb up than it was to climb down. The trail is a little on the short side, but it does get your heart rate up a bit, and offers some nice views of Sand Beach and the ocean.
