Story:
Arrived in Jerusalem at 4 AM. Unpacked and went to Mass at 5:30 AM at the Tomb of Christ one day after Easter. Breakfast and a nap. Woke up at 3 PM and took off for a run around the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem visiting in order: New Gate, Jaffa Gate, Zion Gate, Mount Zion with Church of Dormitian, Upper Room and St Peter in Gallicantu.
Then to Dung Gate and in to pray at the Western Wall then down past Ancient City of David down further to Pool of Siloam. Back up to Dung Gate along Kidron Valley past Golden Gate with Gethsemane and Mount of Olives on my right. Past St. Stephens Gate and the beginning of the Via Dolorosa to Herods Gate, past the road to Fake Tomb then past Damascus Gate and back to the Notre Dame Hotel. Felt great the whole way and now I am again immersed back in Jerusalem!
