Story:

Went hiking today with a buddy to do some geocaching and the Heybrook Lookout Tower.  The trail to the tower is all uphill, but well worth it.  The trail is very scenic walking among mossy trees, ferns, downed-trees, and rock formations.   It was drizzling at the parking area and snowing once we got to the top!

The tower is very cool and takes you up even higher.  It was cloudy  today, but still could see down to hwy 2.

Looking forward to doing this one again in the summer, especially on a clear, sunny day.

Tips:

Sturdy boots, walking poles.
