Story:
Pretty flat hike out to the Los Pen waterfall. I made it after work one day. Got to the falls around 5:45 and had to hike most of the way back at dusk/dark so bring a flashlight if doing this in the evening just in case. The north side of the trail is a little more secluded. the south side goes along some houses. The waterfall isn't all that impressive, but it's nice to hike along some running water in SD from time to time.
