Story:
I hiked this one with some good friends while on break from seminary. I think they mentioned that it has the quickest elevation change of any hike in Virginia. It was difficult, but well worth it. And to think that we did it in December. The weather was gorgeous.

The elevation change between The Priest, Tye River, and Three Ridges is 3000 feet down (~3 miles) and 3000 feet up (~5 miles). Pretty rugged, and worthy of a winter hike too!
