Story:
A Bay Trail walk starting at Albany bulb down to Emeryville. The Bulb, a landfiull home to great art and retty good birding (ducks and shorebirds) was the highlight. You also pass through the Berkeley Meadow, with an ongoing restoration project. A little ugly, but interesting to see how a wetland gets built, and who moves in. I forgot my binoculars, but a couple of birders along the way pointed out a killdeer and a yellowlegs, in addition to the plentiful starlings, geese, and crows.
