Story:

Tonight we were due at a Chris Bonnington / Doug Scott lecture evening at Rheged Centre near Penrith.

It called therefore for a shorter walk today, but we had sufficient time to chose something slightly further from home, so it was up onto the cold fells to check out a local waterfall and the view east from the top.
