Jeeping near Red River, New Mexico - 9/07 - New Mexico, United States

Story: After the Jeep Jamboree in Ouray, CO, we wanted to get a little lower in elevation (not-so-cold at night), so we took off to one of our favorite camping places near Red River.  It was nice to kick-back at the campfire, that is until the rain came....

Tips: There are plenty of nice camping spots next to Cabresto Creek off of CR 134, right next to the water.  Be careful, though because some of the sites flood when it rains.  There are no services in this area, but it's an easy drive into Questa or Red River, where there's a campground with showers and a laundry (and yerts!).
