We really enjoy Interstate Park. This summer, we walked most of this trail, skipping the sandstone bluffs section. We like to stop for ice cream or malts in Taylors Falls on the way back. There's an old-fashioned malt shop right in the senter of town...the name escapes me now, but it's real good.
