Story:
This is a nice trail - but do NOT recommend hiking this time of year - August.  Lot of downed trees so had to go through brush, and came back COVERED in hundreds of teeny tiny seed ticks!!!!  Took an hour or more to scrub them all off when got back.  Knats were bad too.  Would be a great trail in spring, fall or winter.
Did get a good workout, for when the little buggers started digging in, it was incentive to do a little trail running (or walking fast anyway!)  to get back home and take a shower quick as possible!
Tips:
If you go in summer, be sure to use a good bug spray like Deep Woods Off!
