Story:
My longest run yet. Took off feeling good with my new Nike Air shoes which have a lot of squish and are easy on my knees. Took a water bottle along and dropped it off at points I would cross again. It helped. I felt good and just kept going. I ran TEN MILES painlessly and had a great time. Twenty minutes after the run my blood pressure was 110/71 -- not bad considering it used to be 160/97 or thereabouts.
