Story: What better way to finish a busy work week, than to have a dudes-only beer on Friday evening? The occasion was a farewell party for our colleague, and after some beers in the Re club in Krakow we made plans for kayak trip to Tyniec the next day. Obviously some guys called sick day the morning after, and instead of two kayaks we took a kayak and a water bike (creating armada of 4 sailors), but nevertheless we were able to make it. Well.. most of us. A whole two kilometers and back (instead of about 10 each way). Still, the trip was great, especially after we fixed our steering rudder (compare the trail before the bridge and after). The cost for renting a kayak was 5 Euro/hr, and I think 8 Euro/hr for the water bike.
Tips: Check if your steering rudder works. Wear gloves. The splashing water easily enters the insides of kayak so keep your GPS and wallet wrapped and safe.
