Story:
This is a new track being built as part of the Great Whitsunday Walks.  We went up via the creek which was because we did not know where the track started.

With to slowish walkers it took 2 hours up the valley and it took 2.5 back down.  Once we found the ties on the trees it was relatively easy to follow and walk.  Take lunch, plenty of water and maybe some tape if you hit a gympie gympie bush.

Take long pants and good shoes since there are spiky plants and some Gympie Gympie bush around the area. For information on Gympie bush read this to get this dangerous plant into perspective Gympie Bush - Read Me

The Height is about 800 metres with a stunning views in all directions.  There are two views one is the southern rock which is easier to scale with almost 360 views and the northern rock which has 360 views and in clear weather breath taking. There is an amaising number of grass trees at the top the impressive australian plants are quite a site Grass Trees
