A day-hike to the summit of the highest mountain in the Franconia Range - Mt. Lafayette. This hike also allowed me to summit Mt. Lincoln and Haystack Mountain.

This hike takes 8-10 hours, depending on how many times you stop for pictures along a very picturesque trail. The Appalachian Mountain Club hut on Eagle Lake can be used for shelter should weather deteriorate.
