Story:
Parking at the Sandy Beach upper parking lot we started our 2 miles hike on the Ocean Trail. What an amazing hike with absolutely incredible views. Adding to the beauty was the complete isolation in the park. We saw a total of six people during the entire trek. With gorgeous views of Sand Beach, Thunder Hole, Monument Cove, Otter Cliffs and the culmination at Otter Point the hike was thoroughly enjoyable. Dad had the pleasure of trail running back to the car while Mom and K and J enjoyed lunch overlooking Otter Point.

Tips:
Having never hiked this Trail in the peak of busy season I would probably hike as early as possible. We started off at around 9am which presumably would be too late during peak season. The early the better from a Photography statement to maximize on the lighting of the early morning sun.
