Story:
We went and checked out the race course for the Cholla Challange mountain bike race. We found lots of loose sandy atv track that was not fun to ride. the course also makes use of a few dry rocky washes which are hard to ride. toward the end is a series of steep climbs up loose sandy or rocky atv track and then back down onto some patches of slickrock on equally loose singletrack
