Start the hike with Dipsea to Steep Ravine and continue to Pantoll Station. From Pantoll, switch towards Matt Davis Trail to West Point Inn (avoid fire roads, such as Old Stage Rd, during summer time because it gets super hot.). Take Nora Trail to West Point Inn. From there, continue on the upper section of Old Railroad Grade which will eventually take you to the summit of East Peak. Make sure you visit the lookout tower at the summit.
On the way down, take Fern Creek Trail (a little detour to avoid the boredom of fire roads) to Old Railroad Grade and continue on to West Point Inn. From West Point Inn, take Rock Spring Trail (pass the Mountain Theater) and back down to Pantoll Station, then Matt Davis Trail all the way back to Stinson Beach Fire Station (and hope you parked your car there to begin with :)
