Story:
This route takes in the third hardest climb in the Alps. The route made famous during the 2005 Giro d'Italia. The ride starts with a climb to the Colle de Sestriere , a fast descent to Cesana and then a long generally downhill ride to the Ancient Roman Town of Susa. From here starts the climb to Finestre.14km of climbing with the last 8km on unsurfaced hard pack dirt! The ride finishes off with a winding fast descent to Chambons.
