Story: Three night trip down the Lost Coast in California. The hiking through sand and rock took more of a toll on my knees and feet than I expected, but it was still an amazing adventure. Read about it on my blog.
Tips: - Take care of your feet. If I had brought some moleskin and a pair of flip-flops I would have been much happier.
- Always consult a tide table. We raced the incoming tide on our final morning and it can be a bit scary having large waves crashing in near you with very little dry land left.
