Story:
This is the mac-daddy of all mountain bike trails in southern Utah. in a word it's amazing: twisty, and tight with a surprise around every corner. There are countless technical features almost all on the most incredible slickrock imaginable. Much of the route is along the rim of Gooseberry Mesa which is very narrow so you are riding on both the north and south rims. There are a number of ways to ride the "goose" this version starts at the main parking lot and follows the south rim trail to the junction with Hidden canyon, through hidden canyon and down the double track to the yellow trail. then back on the north rim trail

Tips:
Take 2 days and explore the entire trail. It can be very hot on Gooseberry take plenty of water and ride only in the early morning in the summer. The road into Gooseberry can be impassable after a heavy rain or snow storm
