Story: today i thought we would run this route as i will be running this race next week.i have never done this before so micheal was at hand to see us round.there just seemed to be one hill after another.i wondered there must be some down hill somewhere in this run.yes there is but you just seem to get your breath under control and your on another hill.well it will be so tough in race conditions.callum and scott seemed to get up the hills so much easier than me.well they do have youth on there side.
