我ながらこのコースお気に入りです。ほぼ中間地点にお茶屋があるのでなめこ汁で塩分補給、かき氷で冷却効果と真夏でも走れるかも？

見事に高尾山を一周していますね。かき氷だけのためでも、走りに行く価値はありますね。
