Story:
Our troop set out for a High Adventure trip to Red River Gorge Geological Area in Kentucky. There are many miles of hiking trails available. Our troop departed from Koomer Ridge Camp Ground with a goal of an 8-10 mile hike in mind. We chose a set of trails to test both our minds and bodies. We also took a detour to the "Hidden Arch", one of the many natural formation Arches.
This Hike led us down into the Gorge and across the basin, all the way to the Red River. After crossing the river by the suspension bridge, we ate lunch and headed back in the direction we came.
