Story:
One of the best hikes we have ever done...and we have done quite a few. This trail has it all.....slick rock hiking, great panorama views, and pictographs. While this is a 10 mile round trip hike, it is well worth the effort. Make sure you start off early to avoid the heat as later in the day it got quite toasty. There are two ladder to assist you with a large drop from one slick rock to another but its pretty easy to climb. I would rate this hike Moderate to strenuous...only because of the length and potential heat. Otherwise, take your time and you will be fine.
