Story:
This is a lovely walk on the quieter west side of Lake Windermere. The route heads north through Heald wood then south back on the lakeside.

The track uploaded was not actually the route planned as we had to turn back at one point due to a footpath being closed due to tree felling. It was still a great walk though.
Tips:
Toilets are situated near the ferry landing. Important for parties with kids.

Also if you are a National Trust member then free parking is available at Ash Landing and Harrowslack. Locations can be seen here.
