Story:
With Narayan, Upendra and Paul on a beautiful day - with spectacular views from the Southern valley rim. I log it as a walk because the only running we did - my fault - was from Narayan's house to Godavari and down from Pulchowki to the Panauti river (Kushadevi). I had a complete energy meltdown and just couldn't move fast.

The variations on the previous circuit were rather than the Badikhel trail to get to the pass West of the Pulchowki road valley a straight forward, irrigation channel lining trail to Godavari micro bus park, then up the road, and for Paul & me the trail to the little pass in the West and then via superb ridge climb to the helipad and the last km to the Summit - walking; Narayan and Upendra took the jeep road and ran all the way, arriving at the Summit 40 minutes before us.
After some tea we descended together and the walked all the way to Lakhuri Banjyang, with a stops in Kushadevi and Ranikot Banjyang. Narayan and Upendra took the trail back to Godavari, Paul and I descended to Lamatar, taking short cuts where ever possible.
After a very soothing and meditative bus ride back to Laghankhel we walked home.
Very beautiful trail - lots of positive and negative altitude meters, stunning views.
