I made two short starter tracks for Fezzik and ran them in reverse order, track #2 first aged about 30 minutes and track #1 aged about 40 minutes.

I used no food on the tracks and had one turn in each - a right turn on track #1 and a left turn on track #2.
Weather was wet but not raining and quite windy. Wind was from behind on the first leg of track #1 and the second leg of track #2.
