Cima Roma 2839 mt + Cima Groste 2870 mt

Dislivello : 1550mt

Sviluppo : 19km

Partenza dal divieto sulla strada per il Rif. Graffer a quota 1720mt circa. Portati gli sci fino alla funivia Rododendro, salita dalle piste fino al Passo Groste, traverso verso Cima Groste, girato a sinistra verso Cima Roma (dove si perdono circa 50mt) e salita per la normale alla cima. Si tolgono gli sci 3 mt poco sotto la vetta per un traverso poco coperto. Discesa fino sotto la salita sud a Cima Groste, risalita con pelli fino agli ultimi metri dove il rigelo (era andato via il sole da un'oretta) consigliava l'uso di ramponi. Classica discesa dal canale nord di Cima Groste e rientro alla macchina.
