Story:
In October 2011 a whole new adventure begins...
This time we plan to travel to North Africa taking the route less travelled through southern Tunisia to Algeria and then to Morocco via Spain. The whole adventure takes us deep into AQIM territory in the Sahara and on the trail of ancient civilisations from Carthage to Ghardaia.
The missing piece of the puzzle is our Algerian visas.
Sandstorms, camels, desert oasis and lots of dates. The cliche is true, the fine desert sand does get into everything.

Tips:
- Great Campsite in the east of Douz in southern Tunisia with clean toilets and shade.
- Ask for secure parking with your motorcycle, usually this means a locked storage room so the bike is off the street
