Tadami River Floods

 One man was dead who put sandbag to prevent water and save houses. It was very regrettable, but it is miracle that the dead is only one in stead of this heavy rain.

 Three rail way bridges and many bridges for cars were broken. It needs a long time to repair. Even now - one month have passed from the rain -, Tadami town is almost isolated. Only one narrow path is available to Tadami.

 Some residents whom I talked with at Tadami City said that they must live in evacuation center in this winter because water line will be not able to fix until this winter. 

 And also, several person said that this disaster is not by nature but by people. As much people know, Japan is scarified with big earth quack and most nuclear electric plant is stopped now. The electric power is serious lack. This river have much water dam electric plant and all dams save full of water to make electric power on 29th, even though heavy rain is getting to come. All big floods is located just under dam. The sand which remain after flood is very small, and we can not see it usually but we can take it under only the dam pool water.

 If it is true. Japanese electric company usurp the culture, history, tradition and so on from Fukushima's bay side and mountain only one year.

 Of course, the electric company is one of the big toll. But if operator of power plant vent the water from dam, this disaster may be smaller.

 All residents are lack for volunteer because japanese media does not broadcast it widely. These area is very local and 3.11earth quack is too big. there is no charity at this area.
