Story:
This is an easy to moderate hike in the Oregon coastal range in the Kings Valley off of highway 223 northwest of Corvalis. . The trailhead starts at the eastern side of the barn.. Proceed up the trail. You will cross Plunkett Creek. The trail proceeds along Plunkett Creek. Eventually it crosses the creek to meet up with the South Ridge Trail. There are some great views of Willamette valley from the South Ridge/South Meadow loop.. This trail will wind back down to the south side of the park picnic area (and the Barn)

The site has been constructed to support public access, provide cultural and environmental information, along with a trail system.
