Jenya's brother decided we should hike up to a weather station that he had been to before. We drove north as far as we could from Berisniki (the road literally just ended) and then walked around the river banks until we found someone to take us across by hand.

Along the hike, we found quite a few varieties of mushrooms, which we picked and kept for later.
